Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up until the time they are shipped. If your order is paid and you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We are committed to total customer satisfaction and continuously improving our customers’ experience.
- Faulty products: Refunds are issued for faulty products.
- Wrong item / delivery guarantee window: Refunds or re-shipments may be issued if you received the wrong product, or if you did not receive your order within the guaranteed time window (45 days, not including 2–5 day processing).
- Changed mind / return request: You may request a refund by returning the item unused at your expense. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Address errors: Refunds will not be issued if an order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Emergency exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or other exceptional circumstances outside our control.
- Sale items: Refunds on sale items will be at the sale price.
Refund request deadline: You must submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. To submit a request, please contact us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Do not return items unless we authorize your return.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and/or shipping insurance.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchange to reach you may vary.

Shipping: Ammunition ships via UPS or FedEx Ground. No returns: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Important: Ammunition and firearms must be purchased in separate orders. |
